- 2 ripe Bananas
- 100g Oat Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 160g Greek Yogurt
- 2 Eggs
- 110g Honey/ maple syrup
- 2 Scoops of SF Nutrition Madagascan Vanilla Protein
- Chocolate chips/ Walnuts (optional)
Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 or 180c
Mix the dry all ingredients together - flour, baking powder and soda, protein powder and cinnamon.
- Mash the bananas, then add the eggs, greek yogurt, maple syrup/honey and vanilla extract. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour into a lined 900g loaf tin add the optional extras on top and bake in for 45-50 minutes, half way put tin foil on the top to prevent it from burning.
