Protein Packed Banana Bread

Protein Packed Banana Bread

Serving: 1 loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 100g Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 160g Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 110g Honey/ maple syrup
  • 2 Scoops of SF Nutrition Madagascan Vanilla Protein
  • Chocolate chips/ Walnuts (optional)

 

  1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 or 180c

  2. Mix the dry all ingredients together - flour, baking powder and soda, protein powder and cinnamon.

  3. Mash the bananas, then add the eggs, greek yogurt, maple syrup/honey and vanilla extract. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Pour into a lined 900g loaf tin add the optional extras on top and bake in for 45-50 minutes, half way put tin foil on the top to prevent it from burning.
  5. Enjoy!
