For the Sponge:
- 10g Pure Cacao powder
- 60g Blended Oats
- 30g of SFN's Vegan Dark Chocolate Protein
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Banana (mashed)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 160g Yogurt
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Toppings (dark chocolate, fruit, nuts)
Preheat the oven to 200C
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, add the wet ingredients and mix again until fully combined.
- Pour into a baking tray, add your toppings of choice and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
