Green Giant

This is one tasty protein shake and a real favourite of mine! I love it because it's super easy to make and helps me clear out my fridge.

Load up with micronutrients, to equip your body with an arsenal of phytonutrient antioxidants after those grueling session. 100% natural, incredibly delicious and boasting thousands of plant compounds, the Green Giant is my go to shake when I'm feeling I need a kick.

Recipe:

  • 1 scoop SFN Pro Whey vanilla 
  • 1 scoop SFN Supergreens
  • 1 small to medium banana (ripe and peeled)
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1/4 cucumber (peeled if not organic)
  • 225g of fresh pineapple
  • 1 small handful of parsley
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger
  • 150-250ml of coconut water

Method:

Throw all the ingredients into your chosen blender, and blend until smooth. Once ready, pour into a glass and fuel yourself naturally.
