  • Frozen Banana
  • Frozen Spinach
  • Frozen Kiwi
  • Large handful of Spinach
  • 1 Scoop of SFN Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 Scoop of SFN Super Greens
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • 150ml of Milk
