Summer is here and what better way to cool off and fuel your body post workout then a refreshing tropical smoothie?

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Banana
  • Frozen Spinach
  • Frozen Kiwi
  • Large handful of Spinach
  • 1 Scoop of SFN Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 Scoop of SFN Super Greens
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • 150ml of Milk

Method:

  1. Blend all your ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Enjoy!
