- 1 Scoop of SFN Madagascan Vanilla OR Dark Chocolate Protein
- 1 Handful of Sliced Strawberries
- 1 Handful of Raspberries
- 1 Handful of Blueberries
- Chia Seeds
- Water
- (Optional) Milk or Alternative
Method

Pour the Protein Powder into a bowl and add a small amount of either water or milk at a time until you get a mousse like consistency.

Slice up your fruit into your preferred size.
