If you don't have access to the gym, here is a no-excuse 14 minutes HIIT session by Coach Matt for you to try at home that will guarantee to give you a good sweat on (obviously make sure you have our BCAAs in hand to fuel yourself throughout the workout) This workout is 14 mins in total. Do it in 4 minute blocks with 1 min rest in between.
