Workout of The Week by Coach Matt

If you don't have access to the gym, here is a no-excuse 14 minutes HIIT session by Coach Matt for you to try at home that will guarantee to give you a good sweat on (obviously make sure you have our BCAAs in hand to fuel yourself throughout the workout)

This workout is 14 mins in total. Do it in 4 minute blocks with 1 min rest in between. If you've got more time, do it twice or three times!

A1: x10 Bodyweight Squats
A2: x5 Bear Crawls Forwards, 5 Bear Crawls Backwards

1 min rest

B1: x5 Plank shoulder taps
B2: x5 Persian Press ups

1 min rest

C1: x5 Star Jump Burpees
C2: x20 Bicycle Crunches
