Indulge in these gorgeous brownie bites without feeling too guilty!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 25g Pumpkin seeds
- 50g Pecans
- 50g Roasted Hazelnuts
- 200g Oats
- 5 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 5 tbsp. Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. Almond butter
- A splash of almond milk
- 250g Dates
- 2 scoops of Dark Chocolate Protein Powder
- 100g Quinoa pops
- 200g Raisins
- 30g Cranberries
Method:
Blend Pumpkin seeds, pecans, roasted hazelnuts and oats until the nuts have broken down. Pop in all the ingredients except the quinoa pops, raisins and cranberries and blend. Once blended to a paste, add the raisins, cranberries and quinoa pops! Simply put onto a baking tray and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Voila! Chocolate Protein Brownie Bites!
