4 Ingredient Protein Mug Brownie

Ingredients

  1. Simply mash 1 banana and add your dry ingredients - stir through a splash of milk to loosen the mixture if needed.

  2. Add chocolate chips (if using) and microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Microwave for longer if you prefer a more solid brownie.

  3. Top with chocolate and nut butter - enjoy!
