- 50g Blended Oats
- 1 scoop SF Nutrition Salted Caramel Protein
- 150ml milk or water
- 10g Cocoa powder
- 50g Greek Yoghurt
- Additional milk to mix
Combine your blended oats, protein powder and milk in a bowl to make your overnight oats base.
Next, stir together your yogurt and cocoa powder and slowly add milk until you get a ganache like consistency.
Pour your chocolatey mixture over the oats and leave in the fridge overnight. Add your favourite toppings in the morning and enjoy!
