Berry Bircher

I love having something easy to grab and go in the mornings and this protein packed Bircher muesli really does the trick. Easy to make a batch on the weekends and then just portion up, load up with extra toppings and take to work with you in the mornings.

Ingredients: Serves 2

  • 80g Oats
  • 1/2 Apple
  • Handful of Raisins
  • 1 Scoop of SFN Berry Protein Powder
  • 250ml Milk
  • Fresh berries to top


  • Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
  • Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to eat top with some berries or coconut shavings.
