  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1 tbsp Maca Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • Ice 
  • 200ml Milk 

Method

  • Blend everything together in a blender and enjoy! Simples!
