Not So Vanilla

10 min Easy Serves 1


  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Liquid e.g. Milk/Water
  • 1 scoop SFN Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Maca Powder
  • 1/2 Banana
  • Toppings of your choice e.g. Peanut Butter, Fruit, Chia Seeds, Coconut


  1. Start by mixing together the oats and the liquid and cook on the stove in a pan for about 5 mins on a medium to low heat.
  2. Mash half of the banana and add it to the cooking porridge - make sure to stir it well.
  3. Once the porridge is nearly cooked and at your desired thickness - add in the protein powder and maca powder.
  4. Stir together and get crazy with your favourite toppings.
