For Pancakes Sake

30 min Easy Serves 1



  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Add a little splash of milk if necessary – but the batter should be a thick consistency.
  3. Heat a small knob of butter in a frying pan and spoon a small circle of batter into the pan.
  4. Cook on a low heat until air bubbles start to form before flipping and cooking on the other side.
  5. Repeat with each pancake.
  6. Top with your favourite ingredients, we suggest: peanut butter, fruit, berries, maple syrup, coconut or yoghurt.
