Blueberry Protein Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop of SFN's Madagascan Vanilla Protein
  • 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 Tsp of Maple Syrup or Honey
  • Fresh fruit and berries to top (optional)
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Add more yogurt to thin, if needed.

  2. Pour into your bowl and top with fresh or frozen fruit. Enjoy!
