Ingredients:

  • 400g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop SF Nutrition Madagascan Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 20g Almonds, chopped
  • Handful of blueberries

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, Madagascan Vanilla Whey Protein, and peanut butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto a tray.
  3. Sprinkle chopped almonds and blueberries over the yoghurt mixture.
  4. Place the tray in the freezer for a couple of hours until the bark is set and solid.
