Gooey, Vegan Protein Cookies

These little delights are gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan, absolutely perfect for running out the door with a snack! 

5 ingredients with 8g of protein in each of these gems and only 98 calories. They are high in fibre and perfect for keeping the hunger at bay! 

 

All you need: 

  • 50g oats
  • 2 scoops of vanilla SF nutrition vegan protein
  • 15g chia seeds
  • 7g desiccated coconut
  • 250ml almond milk

 

What to do:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c. 
  2. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
  3. Make into 6 cookies and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown

They are super tasty warm or reheated with a dash of coconut yoghurt, but also great on the go as a snack!
