
Lemon & Blueberry Protein Cheesecake Pots



Ingredients
For the 'biscuit' base:
- 1 Weetabix biscuit
- 1tsp Honey
- 1tsp Peanut Butter (or Tahini)
For the cheesecake:
- 1 Scoops of SFN's Madagascan Vanilla Vegan Protein
- 80g Cream Cheese
- 40g Greek Yogurt
- 1 Lemon
- Handful of fresh Blueberries

Crush your Weetabix base and stir in the the honey and peanut butter to create the base. Press into two ramekins.

Add the cream cheese, yogurt and protein powder to a bowl and mix until smooth.

Add in the juice & zest of 1 lemon and as many blueberries as you want.

Spread on top of your bases and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
