Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients

  1. First, blitz the oats and protein powder to a fine crumb.

  2. Add the dates, peanut butter and 3 tbsp of the hot water. Blitz again into a thick, rollable consistency.

  3. Roll into small balls, then roll in the chopped peanuts!
