- 4 Dates (soaked in hot water)
- 2 1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 Scoops of SFN's Vegan Madagascan Vanilla Protein
- 1tbsp Oats
- Chopped Peanuts
First, blitz the oats and protein powder to a fine crumb.
Add the dates, peanut butter and 3 tbsp of the hot water. Blitz again into a thick, rollable consistency.
Roll into small balls, then roll in the chopped peanuts!
