Protein Filled Chocolate Egg
- 2 Weetabix Biscuits
- 2 tbsp of Milk of choice
- 1 Scoop of SFN's Vegan Madagascan Vanilla Protein
- 1 Cup of Greek Yogurt/Skyr
- 2 handfuls of Raspberries
- Chocolate Egg, halved
- White Chocolate for topping (optional)
Crush the Weetabix in a bowl and combine with the milk. Spoon half of the mixture into each half of your egg and refrigerate.
In a separate bowl combine the yogurt with your protein powder and stir well. You can also add flavourings of choice.
Top your Weetabix 'base' with raspberries and gently crush to create a yummy, jammy layer! Top with the yogurt mixture and leave to refrigerate.
- Top with melted chocolate and raspberries to complete the look!
