Salted Caramel Biscoff Truffles
IngredientsFor the filling:
- 2 Scoops of SFN's Salted Caramel Vegan Protein
- 50g Biscoff Spread
- 120g Lotus Biscoff biscuits (crushed)
- 120g of White Chocolate
- 60g Biscoff Spread
Crush your biscuits
Make protein paste by stirring water into your protein powder. Add a little at a time & mix until it’s smooth and resembles a similar texture to cream cheese.
- Stir in the Biscoff spread and crushed biscuits. Roll into 12 balls and chill for at least an hour.
- Melt the white chocolate and add the Biscoff spread - stir well
- Dip the bites into the chocolate, sprinkle with extra biscuits and chill again…
