Salted Caramel Biscoff Truffles

10 mins (1 hour chill time) Easy Makes 12

Ingredients

For the filling:
For the coating:
  • 120g of White Chocolate
  • 60g Biscoff Spread
  1. Crush your biscuits

  2. Make protein paste by stirring water into your protein powder. Add a little at a time & mix until it’s smooth and resembles a similar texture to cream cheese.

  3. Stir in the Biscoff spread and crushed biscuits. Roll into 12 balls and chill for at least an hour.
  4. Melt the white chocolate and add the Biscoff spread - stir well
  5. Dip the bites into the chocolate, sprinkle with extra biscuits and chill again…
