PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 scoop of Madagascan Vanilla SF Nutrition protein
1 tsp cashew butter or 5 raw cashews
1/2 tsp of grounder ginger
1/8 tsp of grounder nutmeg
Few drops of stevia or 1 tsp erythritol or 1 date
For ticker, smoothie add ice.
METHOD:
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Starting on low speed, slowly increase the speed to high and blend the ingredients together until smooth, around 30 seconds.
EGG-NOG SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of filter water
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of cashews
1/2 cup macadamia or hazelnuts
3 dates or few drops of stevia or 1 tbsp of erythritol
1 scoop of salted caramel SF protein
METHOD:
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Starting on low speed, slowly increase the speed to high and blend the ingredients together until smooth, around 30 seconds.
CHOCO GINGERBREAD SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of almond milk
1 tsp of honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp of nutmeg
1-2 cup of ices
1 scoop of SF dark chocolate
Topping (optional) : crushed ginger snap cookies
